Account Executive – Specialty Fixtures & Store Fit-Outs
Our client designs and manufactures specialty retail displays and architectural décor for distinctive visual marketing in many of the world’s leading retail brands. The products are the aesthetic structures that provide these brands with their unique character. Founded in 1982, they are a Minneapolis-based company that provides complete system and store fit-out solutions including specialty fixtures, ceiling treatments, décor elements and fulfillment services.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Account Executive to close new, targeted accounts in a defined territory. Profitable revenue growth within that territory will be the primary measurement for success. Major customer accounts spend $500,000+ each year with Interlock and typically take 6 mos. to 3 years to close. A blend of new customer development and incremental existing customer revenue will drive success in the territory.
Job Requirements:
You must possess a proven track record in opening new accounts, the ability to qualify a wide range of prospects and persistence in building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a drive to succeed, is outgoing with excellent rapport-building ability and a solutions-based customer approach. We value excellent listening ability, efficient sales skills and a focused attention to detail. A general understanding of the retail fixture and/or architectural design industries would be most helpful.
