Business Development Executive – Corporate Fulfillment

This company is a 20+ year-old recognized market leader who provides graphic communications and fulfillment services to clients for corporate training, marketing and communication initiatives. Helping customers increase their sales and profit is at the core of what they do. They are a sustaining resource to their customers’ communication cycles.

We are looking for a business development executive to close new, targeted accounts in the Twin Cities’ metro market. This position is an excellent opportunity for a salesperson with business-to-business sales experience who is looking to move into a high-growth, technical sales position.

Job Requirements:
You must possess a proven track record in opening new accounts, the ability to qualify manager-level prospects and persistence in handling a wide-ranging sales cycle (anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 months).

We value creative problem-solving skills, excellent listening ability and a focused attention to detail. You should have a drive to succeed, strong writing abilities and a results orientation. A general understanding of corporate marketing and training departments would be most helpful.

Job Responsibilities:
Qualify leads from extensive marketing campaigns
Navigate a complex sales that involves fulfillment programs with attached databases, printing and distribution
Close new business in the Twin Cities market – especially St. Paul and the East side

Job Rewards:
This position will be supported by extensive marketing campaigns that generate valuable leads. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales who provides top-level support to reach your goals. The company provides real customer service so the salespeople are free to focus on selling – this is a unique design in their industry. This position includes a base salary of $32,000 and an uncapped commission plan that realistically will double the salary amount.
